Carbon Sequestration in Aquaculture

Aquaculture, particularly seaweed and shellfish farming, plays a vital role in carbon sequestration by absorbing and storing carbon dioxide (CO₂) from the atmosphere and oceans. This helps mitigate climate change and supports marine ecosystem health.
